As a family run farm we cultivate lavender
(32.000 plants) with biological method on
the "Alto Monferrato " hills (Piedmont-Italy).
Since
2004
we produce, in our laboratory,100% pure
essential oils that we obtain by vapour
current extraction from fresh lavender
flowers (medicinal and hybrid) coming just
from our fields.
All the production process is
handmade:the field cleaning and the picking, and we proceed with the oil
extraction within 3 hours from the picking
of

the flowers, during their best balsamic time.
The steam distillation lasts
90 minutes only, for a further selection of
the product.Both cultivation and
preparation are controlled and certified
by Italian institution ECOCERT.
We also
produce dried lavender flowers for infusion, lavender
water and lavender honey.
